WFS New Constitution

WFS will be updating its constitution as is legally required by the New Zealand Companies Office under The Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This allows WFS to continue operating.

A copy of the updated constitution will be placed here once it is finalised and a motion calling for the revised constitution's acceptance will be made at the WFS 2026 AGM.
