Welcome to Our World of Cinema!

Whangarei Film Society Inc. screens a varied programme of high quality films. These include international festival releases, award winning documentaries, dramas, avant-garde and historic films.

We are an independent not-for-profit film society, and proudly claim to be "the largest littlest film society in the land"! We have an annual subscription of over 500 members, and as a volunteer organisation we are well supported by our local community with audience numbers often over 100 people attending our film sessions.
