Set in New York City’s Chinatown, an ornery, chain-smoking mah-jong playing Chinese grandma is told by a fortune teller that she has a very lucky day coming up. So she withdraws all her money and heads to the casino, landing herself on the wrong side of luck – and in the middle of a gang war.
