Eghbal is driving at night with his wife and daughter, when he has an accident and is forced to get his car repaired.
As the car is being fixed, the sound of Eghbal’s artificial leg reminds Vahid, the mechanic of the man who tortured him in prison.
Consumed by his suspicion, Vahid follows Eghbal the next day, abducts him, drives to the desert and digs a grave in which to bury him.
But Eghbal passionately denies being the man Vahid thinks he is.
So, Vahid returns to his town and gathers others who have memories of their tormentor. They will all listen to Eghbal plead his case before they decide what to do.
