Whangarei Film Society 2025 Constitution update

WFS is updating its constitution as is legally required by the New Zealand Companies Office under The Incorporated Societies Act 2022. This allows WFS to continue operating. A motion calling for approval of the updated constitution will be made at the WFS 2026 AGM.
